Dremel EZ SpeedClic SC456 Metal Cutting Wheel 5-pack, 5 Cutting Wheels with 38mm Cutting Diameter for Rotary Tool

Great cutting discs. Used them to neatly cut out rusted floor pans during car restoration. They taking a little longer to break through than a angle grinder but provide you with a far neater cut. If your anything like me and you would rather have perfection than speed these are perfect. Can't believe how useful one little tool can be! As yet have not experience the discs flying off like others although I imagine if you went full throttle on first contact they might. Tend to work better if you take them up through the gears.

These discs are great and I have been using them almost daily for years. Some cheaper discs disintergrate while in use but the strengthening in the disc prevents this. Also the drill chuck that these fit into has a special suspension system that allows the disc to move slightly while in in use and helps protect the disc further.

These are great disc's which are easy to fit with the new Speedclic idea. Be warned that the mandrel you need to fit these discs is not included within this pack and you need to buy it separately. They are great for cutting all types of metal, do so with efficiency and speed however they do wear down fast, I was working with mild steel and ended up using 3 discs without finishing all of my small cuts. If your using these every now and again there perfect otherwise I might be tempted to go with the more expensive diamond wheels as they are a lot more hard wearing.

I'd got one in a accessories pack and found it a great bit of kit, so I purchased more on here! They're really sturdy and simple to use. I used them for cutting an awkward nut on a wishbone that I could reach with a normal grinder. Tackled the job now problem! 5*

Cut through tough steel without breaking.

Having used the small brown disks provided with my Dremel I was not expecting much. I was so wrong. I bought these cutting wheels and a Mandrel to hold them. Within a week I was fitting a new internal door and the square steel bar that links both handles together was too long, so I set it up in my vice and to my surprise these disks cut through the bar with little effort. You have to take your time and not rush it, but it cut them cleanly and with full control. Brilliant.

Worked as expected. Cuts well. Attached to Dremel easily with SpeedClic that i'd purchased previously. Did the job.

It is used by me for many years to cut even thick steel. High quality product. You cannot find easily other brands (only chinese lower quality discs that they are also dangerous to break)
