Only used hedge trimmer once, but so far totally fit for purpose although slightly heavier than expected when extended.

With so much weight on a long pole it's quite a work out to use, it's already paid for itself tackling jobs I'd normally have to farm out.

Quite heavy and cumbersome to work with. Not as much power as hand held held trimmers. Works well on thinner branches. Good for reaching high areas. The chainsaw isn't super powerful and you need to adjust the chain after a few uses. But it will cut branches a couple of inches thick. Overall a decent product.

Much too heavy for normal use and even heavier when extended, I think this is a professional tool for professional people to use, very good equipment rendered useless by weight, a waste of money for me. It's really messed my hedge up. Very complicated to assemble.

Ok bit heavy feels quality ,works fine,does the job it was bought for.

After receiving the wrong item and a lot of correspondence in explaining that wrong item sent. The right item is fantastic.

Great reach on this hedgecutter but when fully extended a bit heavy,but if you need a long reach this is ideal plus the bonus is the branch lopper (mini chainsaw )
