Positive Results for Hormonal Acne & Dry Eyes
Decided to try this after many, many years of adult, hormonal acne and also now for other menopausal symptoms. Got to say it has helped improve my skin condition and also my dry eye condition is not as bad as it was. Certainly not an instant remedy and took a good 3-4 weeks to see any early improvement so I think patience is needed. Sceptical if someone states they saw a difference after a few days. Overall I would recommend these to try to anyone with similar issues.

Swollowed for 5 days and stopped because if acidity. Seems to help eyesite a bit.I have read best taken for no more than 7 days. It may cause diorea and other side effects.
