Good clean product! Doesn’t take to long to dissolve under tongue. Taste is fine. Feel like after a week/week and half I’m noticing a difference in energy in morning. I take it in morning before I eat. I’ve been on an acid reflux med for a long time so I wanted to give the b12 a try because of the effects on the vitamin absorption because of the ppi med. I’m pretty happy with product so far.

Works great. Love the methyl form. The only downside is the sugar substitute in it. Not a fan. I have issues with artificial sweeteners.

If you read my other reviews, my ongoing theme is balance is better than excess. B-12 is a very good vitamin to supplement. However, many supplemental forms come in 1000 - 5000 mcg. Your body only needs 2.4 mcg (MICRO-grams, not MILLI-grams). In addition, Methylcobalamin (Methyl B-12) is better absorbed and retained than other forms of B12 (e.g., cyanocobalamin). So although it is a lower dose, more of it is absorbed. Three times per week I chew the tablet but I try not to swallow the pieces. I chew the pieces until they are small enough to dissolve in my mouth for subliminal absorption. I like the lower dosage of this product AND the fact that it is Methylcobalamin. I also take Jarrow Formula Folate. Have been ordering from Swansons. For some reason it was unavailable from them. This dose is exactly what doctor recommended. Have seen noticeable improvement since starting several months ago. Chewable and no bad taste.

I take 5000mcg usually and the description says 500mg so I bought this and was disappointed to discover it’s actually only 500mcg. Suggest to change the description.
