Is this Ink permanent?

Yes, subject to the fabric being suitable - natural fibres works best and it being heat fixed. An iron is fine.

Can you use it for hand block printing too?

I wouldn't...it is quite runny..you would be best to use an oil based ink for block printing. This is lovely for screen printing as it is so fluid...hope this helps

The is great ink. This was one of my first screen printings and this ink was great to work with, filled in the design nicely and didn't clump or run. The two pictures show when I first made it and then today, over 30+ washes. The ink has kept up better than the shirt material itself, making it very durable. Even after all those cleaning cycles, the text still looks great. Definitely worth the money for this one.
