Would recommend
I have been using these for over a year now. The reduction in muscle cramps and restless leg symptoms is amazing. I wouldn't say my energy levels have improved but been able to get to sleep and stay asleep is 100% better. These are meant for long term use, it is not a quick fix for any symptom. It's a shame they can not be on a subscription.

They to the job.
Purchased there tablets to help prevent leg cramps that occur when in bed. So far there appears to be an improvement with a reduction in the cramps. If this continues l would recommend them.

Work for me
I suffer terribly from night cramps in my legs so thought I would try these. This is my second purchase as I very occasionally get cramps now but not as often and not as intense As an update, painful night cramps have disappeared. I only take 2 a day but they have given me so much relief from very painful night cramps
