Over the years I have tried everything, these are the very best I have tried. I would not be without them.

I bought these to use alongside raspberry keretone tablets and thought the price was the most reasonable on the market so if they didn't work i hadnt wasted that much money. This is the forth day using them together and i have found since taking both tablets i am alot more regular in the bowel department so this has reduced bloatedness and given me a flatter stomach therefor appearing slimmer - i assume this is down to these tablets and not the raspberry keretone!. Either way if things carry on like this i will most likely continue to use this product as it is affordable and seem to have no side or long term effects if using them daily as it is a herbal remedy and therefor not as strong or harsh as a laxative. I only take one tablet every morning, box says you can take up to 4 a day... One is certainly enough for me! Only negative of these are the tablets are rather large.

Sadly my tummy needs more these haven't worked for me 😞 but received on time easy to open packaging and not to big to swollow

Have to say 2 tablets in the evening works very effectively in the morning with no drama!! Follow the instructions you'll be relieved 😂

I have been buying complex for a long time. They are a superb product. I have always had 60 in a box so couldn't believe when I ordered it this time I ordered 4 boxes and when it arrived that there was only 30 in each box. I didn't even know they did one with 30 and for virtually the same price. I can't return them but very disappointed.

Contains sorbitol which very unhealthy. You have to look very hard to see it on the box. This isn't a national healthy product. Look up all the side effects of sorbitol.
