Difference between this and D100?

D100 is a tunnel vent brush. Generally less bristles n wee bit lighter/smaller. D200 is just a bit more robust. Especially if uv tons of thick hair like me... i'd opt for D200. Hope this helps. K x

What brush for drying short hair

Yes. But note this brush is 20.5cm long x 3.5cm wide. It was smaller than I expected. I have shortish hair and I use my old, bigger brush for drying. This one is handy for travel.
