There is no protein in it,its a sugar free syrup.

For how long does it last on average?

The flavour is very strong, we are still on the first bottle purchased at the end of Jan. 2021. Then again it does depend how much you use it to how long it lasts really. We like it very much and so does our daughter she buys it too. Enjoy!
