Yes. Not sure how toxic or safe ink is, but it would definitely print and stay on skin

Hi. Just tried it on myself. I stamped it on the inside of the extended part of the thumb. It does smudge and washes off quite easily.

Would this wipe off laminate?

I think it would but watch if you buy blue ones they seem more messy.
