How about silver wrist cuffs with this ?

Hello Cartlain,That would be good but I go for gold, it will look better. But fashion is a personal choice.

I am 140 lbs and 5'2. I usually buy a small, but in fitted shirt I often get a medium because I am a 36C. Would you recommend the medium or the large?

I would go large. I am 125 lbs 4'10 and 32A and the medium fits me like a small usually would. Hope this helps!
