Just as good as my previous ZMA supplement
I don’t understand the difference between these generic ZMA supplements and my usual Optimum Nutrition ZMA. I’ve been taking this supplement for the last 2 months and I really feel great! I don’t notice any difference between these pills and the other brands and they are such excellent value! I am a convert and will be ordering again soon.

Makes a difference.
I'm very sceptical of all of the claims manufacturers make about their products. I read the reviews this seemed to receive high scores & was reasonably priced. I'm sure I could feel the difference in just one day. Hard to explain but I just felt better. I stopped after a fews days to test another product making bold claims but that did nothing. Returned to this & again immediately felt better for it.

They seem to be working
Hubby said he wanted these to boost his energy levels at work. Works at a gp practice, so he needs all the help he can get. They seem to be effective. He seems to be focusing better.Very chunky, though. If you have trouble swallowing, these may not be for you.Oh, and never ever open the capsules, whether it's this or any other products, even if they're too big to swallow. That changes their properties, and it can damage your GI tract. If you have any intention of doing that, ask a doctor first.

Simply.... They work.
Very impressed. Soft gel rather than chalky tablets of a previous supplier.I find that ZMA helps me with restful sleep as well as helping with no aches after gym sessions.Recommended

Reasonably priced
I bought these to try and promote better, deeper sleep, they seem to allow me to drop off easier than prior to taking them. I have just ordered 2 more bottles.
