I'm comparing this item with my Park Tool Kit. The Park Tool kit worked well Ive had it for a couple of years however its contructed of a plastic that cracks easily when dropped which mine did!The Veriya kit is made of a more robust material and I don't anticipate the same problem. It cleans the chain very well at least as good if not better than the Park Tool version. I found the handle a little clumbsy to attach and in doing so ended up with some spilage of the cleaning fluid.Its excellent value for money especially as the additional accessories are included.Delivery was very slow so order in plenty of time mine took about 2 weeks to arrive!

I am a complete novice at having a bicycle and using one of these, so I felt quite challenged. I somehow managed to pull the chain off when using this, and the only thing I can think of is I was putting too much downward pressure on the gadget while turning the pedal.It looks and feels very flimsy, but once used, it is actually ok. It doesn't come with any assembly or usage instructions, so a novice like me hit a few stumbling blocks. Once you figure out how to open and close it, and secure the handle on, it is easy to use. It is a mess once finished, but it was easy to clean.Cheap and cheerful, but useful. Dropped a star for no instructions.

Tried this out for the first time last week, simple to use, however it didn’t clean the chain as completely as i had hoped, cleaning fluid capacity is a bit poor and i do have my doubts about the overall durability of the product. I did also find that the chain tended to snag up inside the device when in use. Overall, not the best on the market, but you get what you pay for.

Having used a brand name chain cleaner for the last few years the time had come to replace it. This unit has it faults in fastening around the chain and thereafter retaining it in on the chain. However the additional brushes do do a good job of cleaning a "winter" chain. If you are prepared to fiddle a little in the name of a clean chain and outlay is important then this does the job. Not sure I would buy another but it's early days.

very convenient production for the city cyclists. we are not using our bikes for many adventures, really, mostly for the daily errands and commute. We clean the bikes for general maintenance, and tools like these make these routines way easier. Happy with purchase.

This item works well but if your chain is really dirty it will take more than one clean.
