Had to buy a gate as my cat has been recovering from a badly broken leg and needed to be confined to one room after several weeks in a crate; but I needed a solution that was going to be temporary and not need complex installation. This gate is tall enough to stop my athletic cat from jumping over, installs really easily and can be moved easily as it’s reliant on pressure rather than being screwed in. If I’m honest, I was half expecting it might be flimsy or keep coming out of it’s fitting but it’s been absolutely brilliant, reliable and sturdy.

gate easy to assemble and attach to the door frame. solid frame, easy to open and close. We have recently got a puppy so the added height of the gate will keep her safe when opening the front door as it on the living room door. I bought this product after reading other reviews and am very happy with my purchase.

Good gate but realised it’s easy to open by flicking safety up the lock that sits on the bar when u close itIt’s not strong holding so makes the whole gate rubbish in the end since the whole point of the gate is safety.. if u push against it or so that top might just naturally lift and there he go open gate at the top of the stairs. 40% 50% safely with gate now gotta watch my child. A big dog could run through that at full speed. They could’ve worked on that area not being weak!Thanks tho helping in the time being but the anxiety now since it’s been a month to now be that way
