I definitely feel more energetic after taking these supplements. They don't cause me any stomach problems either and are quite small and easy to take.

Lower iron content. No Copper or B6 included. Vegan friendly
I ordered the tablets as I couldn't get same dispatch on the capsules and had no time to go to the pharmacy. I thought they would work better than nothing for menstruation, they did.However, without copper or B6 included and half the dose of Folic Acid compared to the capsule version, fatigue and dizziness wasn't decreased for me. The capsules worked way better for me personally. No side effects just minimal benefits from this one.Cons: No Copper or B6 included in this tablet form, half the amount of Folic acid compared to Iron Slow Release capsule version. However, that version isn't yet available for Vegans for those that need a vegan option.Pros: Vegan friendly, still better than no iron at all. Helped with period fatigue somewhat. Good if you want to take B6 and Folic acid seperately which is beneficial if you want to take more or less or if another multivit u take already has those included. Halal capsule gelatine.
