I'm not sure if 'drift off' is strictly the right name for the product. Given that I've taken in and forgotten to take it - I don't recall any difference in drifting off to sleep. However, since taking this product I do feel that the quality of the sleep I am getting is better. So, perhaps a better name would be 'deeper sleep'.Since researching about the links between sleep and Magnesium I've tried a number of different Magnesium based products with different effects - some not nice. (hint: it involves a trip to the bathroom). This is a much more compatible formula that is much gentler, and has the added zinc and vitamin B6 addition.As for 'drifting off', my strategy now involves hot baths, a new pillow and a lovely Yogi tea from the health shop. Combined, with some other strategies to stop worrying about life so much, this product is now an essential part of my sleep strategy.I'll be sticking with this version for the time being and have stopped looking for other Magnesium alternatives.

After trying just about everything, this works for me. Easy to take and it's natural.

Totally changed my (post menopause) sleep! These days if I wake up after 4 hours that's kind of it. But with this, that doesn't happen and if it does I feel rested and drift back to sleep. Bit of a game changer.

I wouldn't normally mention them in the review itself, but i think they deserve a mention. they provided great product information without being prompted, recommendations for how to take it, and followup to see if you were happy, something you never get when buying supplements usually! So very happy here!as for the product, it's not for me. I have severe insomnia, and have tried everything. Sadly only prescription meds seem to do the job, but i thought i'd give this a try. Sadly, it seemed to have no effect on me whatsoever. I've been taking it for about 3 weeks now, with no difference.I'd say that this product would be better if you have minor issues with sleep, but for more severe cases, i don't think this'll do the trick.

The product didn't work for me, it kept me awake but the seller was great and gave me a full refund. Would highly recommend the seller.

I’ve used this product for years as part of my regular bedtime routine,i use the subscription programme direct from the Lean Greens website to save me money,I work various shift so bedtime differs weekly,this really helps with that,not sure how or why,it just does,I know this because when I stop using Drift Off my sleep is less restful,more interrupted and just rubbish in general. Wouldn’t be without it!

I got this product a few months ago to aid me with sleep and it's ok. I needed to supplement it with 5htp to feel any benefits.
