Why are you selling goods that are not compatible with the country they are delivering to then have to pay £27 to return it

It's an USA product, which is not compatible in UK. Amazon should not let or send electronic products to different countries with different voltage, it is dangerous as some people just use with adapter, this is not the case for all countries, for voltage differences converters should be used

It is nice, simple Egg Cooker. But not for poached eggs. Good for cooking hard and soft boiled eggs.

The 3 poached egg tray doesnt cook the eggs well. Following the directions you have a partially cooked egg (when cooking to hard). If you add more water so you don't have a runny egg white parts of the egg become overcooked. It works ok for soft/hard eggs but I bought it for poached, I would not buy this again.

I purchased this to replace a Cuisinart egg cooker that was 20+ years old.I like the shape of the omelette better in this one: oval vs, round in the old one. I also like the rectangle shape of the unit, it stores with less room than the old one. My first batch of hard cooked eggs came out medium, but I’ve learned to add more water than the instructions say. It’s versatile, it makes boiled eggs, omelettes, poached, and sandwich shaped. I recommend experimenting with the amount of water to achieve your desired degree of doneness,
