Delivered four days earlier than promised, the product was exactly as advertised, very good quality for the price (all the fixings are metal rather than plastic, which is good for durability), the protective packaging was excellent, very easy to build but note that the wardrobe will need two helpers to build, the build instructions were slightly wrong in several places but nothing that an intelligent DIYer couldn't work around, very happy with the appearance of the final built furniture, daughter is very happy with the furniture, we would definitely buy this brand again

The wood splits easily so care needed when assembling. Two people needed to assemble wardrobe. I am happy with the price paid

Mixed Bag really. The product arrived extremely promptly (a week earlier than the stated delivery date from Amazon). The product received though wasn't quite the product I ordered though as I received Black gloss after ordering black and cream. No matter, we continued with the assembly. Chest and drawers and bedside cabinet went up easily enough (I'm useless at flat pack and I managed it so must be easy enough). The wardrobe however, was a slightly different kettle of fish. No instructions in the box. Luckily my husband whips these things up in no time (why I didn't get him to do the other two items is beyond me but I guess that's by the by). We were missing the rail to hang the clothes from so we ending up making one. I will say, (and I do feel this is important) I did not contact the company about any of the issues so they were not given the chance to rectify. If their customer service is as good as the despatch and delivery, I don't think we would have had any issue. Our little boy loves his new bedroom set and is excited about putting his clothes nice and tidy. Long may it last!!

For the money it is a v good set. A bit tricky to put together, but once its done they look good. I will be honest in that they wouldn't stand up to a lot of hard use but they really are OK
