I have been using with some toothpaste, the result is good. My gums are much better now, I was facing pull all my teeth a year ago now they are much stronger. It helps if you have a electric toothbrush.

Fine powder that makes a good paste when mixed with liquid however you still can feel slight grit...which I like in toothpaste so it gently scrubs your teeth.
