I was expecting alot more from ‘top grade’ quality matcha. It tasted no way as nice as the other one I usually buy on here. It tasted a little grassy! Didn’t blend as well either. But so so! Also not worth the money either way too expensive for 30g’s.

I dident like the taste just like fish but the colour was deep green so that was kinda correct and it deffo has the energy I just not sure about the quality cause it dident taste sweet at all also you need a mixer electric a table spoon will not do for the money never again

I have always been a big fan of matcha. I have been purchasing the original brand from Japan when I was in Asia and was worried I couldn't find authentic ceremonial grade matcha after coming back to the UK. I was a little bit sceptical about this brand at the beginning due to the packaging, but I am pleasantly surprised by its premium quality. Unlike other brands on amazon, this is the best Matcha by far, it's bright green and has the rich earthy taste which I loved. The only aspect I think can be improved is the packaging, I was a little worried about the humidity level in the tin, so I usually put all my matcha back into the silver bag in the original Japanese brand can. Thank you for sourcing such premium matcha for us to enjoy in the west Kineta!

I have tried quite a few varieties of matcha and chose this almost randomly on the sound of the name. I am glad I did as this tea is definetly up there with the nicest ive tried. Not too bitter like a lot of there cheaper brands out there and I needed even less per serving than I normally need to produce the flavour I like. I have been drinking once a day for about 2 weeks now and can confirm that this product is the real deal. Alert and my mood has been elevated, without the jittery side effects that come with coffee. The container is off good quality and arrived in good condition and delivered promptly. Although a little pricey it will last well over a month drinking one cup a day. If you enjoy your match or even trying different teas, I recommend this product.

Firstly, this obviously isn't intended as a full/in depth review !I would, however, like to say that this is an excellent ceremonial grade matcha tea. This tea doesn't taste bitter, like some matcha teas can.I switched to another brand of matcha tea recently, purely due to cost, but was very disappointed. The other matcha was also ceremonial grade.This tea is a vibrant green, not bitter (to my taste buds, even though some other green tea and matcha tastes very bitter to me), has a very fresh taste. I really enjoyed the flavour whilst drinking it - unlike the other brand I just tried (which wasn't unpleasant, it just a bit bland, but slightly bitter and 'grassy' which I personally don't like ). It blends into the hot water very well, using a bamboo whisk :). I'm sure a milk frothing gadget would also do the trick though!This is my matcha of choice, and I would use this tea every day if it was at, say, the £15 price-point.... :)

I've been buying this brand (from this seller Juvenilis) for years now on and off. I've tried 6 other brands and I keep coming back to this one, although it is not cheap. The cheap ones are almost brown in colour and taste oh yuk. This one is beautiful - and check the colour of it! I'm in the habbit of using a batt. powered milk frother to mix it up. I can't take too much though - or I end up with a sore stomach so I go easy on it - it's potent! A few times a week is enough for me.

Received very quickly (less than 24 hours) after ordering. The pot is very small but well worth the money for decent matcha! The powder is a lovely vibrant green with the earthy/grassy aroma good matcha should. I tried it right away and it blended beautifully without any bitterness in the taste.As I said the pot is pretty small (see photo) and it is expensive for the amount but the product itself is top notch. The tin looks smart and the lid is secure too.Will definitely buy again!
