absolutely brilliant thermometer! This is perfect for my needs and it does the grandchildren also. It’s so simple and easy to change the cap allowing for it to be clean for every use and they’re pretty cheap to buy for replacements.

These hygiene caps do precisely what they are meant to do. They fit securely on the Braun ThermoScan thermometer and are easy to change between readings. Using a fresh cap each time gives peace of mind and helps keep the thermometer clean and accurate. The caps feel well-made and consistent in quality, and it is reassuring that they are free from BPA and latex. The box of 40 lasts a good while for home use, especially for families. Overall, a straightforward and necessary accessory that works as expected and is worth having on hand if you use a Braun ear thermometer regularly.

A good quality product. Easy to use and reliable.

I like the ease of use with this product. Simply open the box along the perforated lines and then push your compatible thermometer directly into the end of the box and the lens filter clicks onto it. I don't think the product could be made any easier to use without making the packaging flashier and therefore more expensive. However the price still seems very high for what is a use once/throw away product. Each sense filter costs roughly 20p when purchasing in a box of 40 at £7.99. Considering how thin the plastic lenses are I don feel that there ought to be many, many more in the pack, or the overall price should be reduced significantly. I have, at times, been tempted to re-use the filters on multiple occasions because the price seems artificially high. PLEASE NOTE I have not re-used them, just been TEMPTED. It's hard not to recommend this product to owners of Braun Thermoscan thermometers, but only because there are no other viable options and I think that is why the price is set as it is, Braun now have a captive customer base who will buy the product again and again since they have invested heavily in the thermometer.

Great for a old Braun thermometer, I purchased from mothercare many years ago, for my own children , who are now all in there 30s , & given I have a 12 yr & 17 month old grandsons , has come in handy when nanny minding , when mums & dads are at work , so can keep a extra eye if have temps , good quality
