Faulty item
Package was beat up and open when it arrived, was unsure if this was due to postage. Item was a birthday present so wansnt used until 6th September, only worked for a few minutes. Been trying to charge it since, and it doesn’t charge, just flashes red.

Too heavy to be portable
Bought to be kept in my daughters school bag for emergency battery charging. However the charger is too heavy to be portable.

this is a great product it doesn't have instructions and you can use any charger it flashes when charging and stops when its charged

Poor packaging
This item this came is was worn and tatty, not great seeing as it’s a Christmas gift! Just hope that it actually works
