I've bought Vahdam teas via Amazon several times over the years. I've enjoyed some more than others but the not-so-good experiences have probably been down to me, as the range is fairly large and diverse, covering various grades and kinds of tea. The teas themselves invariably taste as they should, if not better. On this occasion, though, I've reluctantly requested a refund on what nevertheless I'm sure will provr to be some fantastic Assam Exotic Summer Black Tea. The box is clearly labelled "100g", contrary to the item description that led me to expect 200g at what therefore seemed a fantastic price (because it was actually the price for 100g). I imagine that this is an artifact of a transition from 200g bags to 100g boxes, but the fact remains that, while I'd have been surprised to get anywhere near the stated 100-odd cups from a 200g box, to get them from this 100g box I'd probably have to be a miracle worker or live in a dollhouse. I still recommend Vahdam teas and will surely buy them again--but watch out for the packaging details, just in case.

I am very pleased with the tea, it has a great taste, not bitter or weak. Nice colour, I would even say refreshing. It definitely makes a great cup, and I would definitely buy again and recommend

Assam ist eindeutig meine lieblings Sorte von Tee. Als ich diesen Tee das erste mal probiert habe war ich echt skeptisch und eher nicht so erfreut über den Malzigen Geschmack im Tee, doch desto öfter ich diesen Tee trinke, desto leckerer ist er, es ist eben auch ein kleines Abenteuer mal etwas neues auszuprobieren um danach wirkilich seinen Meinung darüber äussern zu können. Der Tee ist sehr Qualitativ und sehr lecker. Die Sorten die ich von VAHDAM Tee probiert habe kann ich nur empfehlen. Wem Qualität wichtig ist, der ist bei VAHDAM an der richtigen Adresse.

Very good tea. Fragrant and not bitter at all. I used 6 g tea leaf, 130g water, 200g milk and 10g sugar to cook a no spice Indian milk tea. I am pleasantly surprised that it is fragrant and not bitter even boiled for several minutes. It is quite similar to the one from a Japanese afternoon tea shop. It does not make me dizzy like thai tea.

I love how it tastes. I was looking for a particular flavour that I had experienced before and it gave me that exact flavour and golden colour on my milk tea after roasting it. Very good quality.
