Great earphones
I had previously bought these from a supermarket a while ago and they lasted me a couple of years until they broke so i had to order them again. The headphones themselves have quite good sound quality and are surprisingly loud. They also do a pretty good job of staying on to the ears however I would not recommend these for people who have small ears as they possibly could fall off. The part which wraps around the ear is adjustable as it can slide up and down so they can work for those who have larger ears. One criticism i have is that the part which sticks in to the ear does kind of make the ear a bit sore as it isn't very soft however when doing exercise it is hardly notable at all and one only realises it when sitting/standing stationary for long periods. Also the colour isn't actually like the picture which makes it look like it's a light blue, instead it is more of a purple/dark blue colour which is not a criticism as it still looks very nice and shiny. Overall these headphones are great and i personally love using them when i am on the treadmill as they do not fall off or even attempt to slide off. The adjustable ear thing is great as it doesn't adjust itself easily which is good as it won't change whilst doing exercise.

Solid product for the price ◘ No real additional features ◘ Decent cable length ◘ Solid but not spectacular sound
Overall for the price, this product is good. It has a decent length of cable [from the earphones to the 3.5mm jack] which I can easily run from the pocket in my trousers [where I have my MP4 player]. The clips are flexible [you can bend and twist them; they are NOT rigid], so can accommodate a variety of ear shapes. The clips also have a sliding mechanism to adjust their position [if you look at the earphones in profile, you can see where the blue part attaches to the black ear clips. The black ear-clip section can move forwards and backwards across the blue part, thereby extending the total length of the earphone ⇛ hence the size can be adjusted]. This is the ONLY additional feature of the earphones. The sound is good but not earth-shattering. Basically what you would expect on bog standard earphones. The ergonomic inserts [the bit that projects from the earphones into the ears] are actually not as uncomfortable as I would have expected, and possibly do anchor the headphones to the ear better. I don't think it's essential for good sound, but it's possibly a reasonable plus. In the very least, they do not detract from the wearing experience. The design is nice. I don't know if you go for that sort of thing, but for a cheap pair of earphones I found the blue strip to be aesthetically pleasing. They look good when worn, and the ergonomic inserts prevent them from being loose like a lot of earphones I've worn in the past. ♣ Note ▬ these earphones do NOT come with any volume controllers or start►/stop■ mechanisms. They are JUST the earphones. In sum, they are good for the price. Decent sound, decent fit & decent [enough] looking for a reasonable price.

Worth every penny!
My Sennheiser OMX185 just decided that the left earphone had enough (and why it is always the cable where it comes out of a player plug? Can producers do something with it?), and I cannot do my morning runs without music. So I went online, spent an hour reading reviews (didn't help much) and bought these JVC HA-EB75-AE as I didn't want to pay £25 any more for a pig in a poke. (You can never try earplugs even if you buy them in a high street shop, and online reviews always vary from "superb" to "rubbish"...) Amazon Prime did fantastic job and I have just nervously tried the JVC earphones. They beat my Sennheisers at all levels! Music-wise: bass is definitely stronger, I hear richer high frequencies and overall the sound is louder. Being three times cheaper JVC definitely produces more bang. I haven't run wearing JVCs yet but they will definitely hold better on the ears than Sennheisers. I know OMX185 are not marketed as sport earplugs but this is how I used them - sorry, Sennheiser. The JVC's adjustability is rather limited: the ear hooks are made of rubber and flexible and can slide up and down to fit larger or smaller ears. I didn't need to adjust - they are very good for me. Agree with many reviewers that the shape of the buds may cause unpleasant feeling if worn during very long runs but I am sure I will get used to it. If not - will come back with update. Highly recommended product. Maybe Bose earphones for c. £100 (I owned them as well) produce better sound but it doesn't mean they will serve longer. I like good sound and I find that JVC HA-EB75-AE are good enough to listen for 40 minutes daily during my runs.

Still love them, but fading fast.
I love these earphones, the sound quality is good and they are very comfortable to wear once you get used to them. The cable is long enough but not so long that it gets in the way too much. But, and this is a big one, they don't last, I have had 2 pairs now, the first pair lasted about 9-10 months of heavy use since I used them on my MP3 player and my laptop, can't even remember what killed them, I think one died. And the current pair? Only 4 months in and the right one is becoming dodgy, occasionally not playing sound, this is normally what happens with earphones and I use them a lot, but I will unfortunetly not be buying another pair of these when these ones die, as whilst they are a great and all, I want something that I can rely on to not die on me. They are cheap and cheerful but, not enough to make me buy thrice.

Compared to Panasonic, better sound for music, better fit for running
I have bought this Amazon best-seller JVC HA-EB75 many times (I use them constantly and I've got through about 5 pairs), and also had a three pairs of the similarly priced Panasonic ones . My view was that if I'm buying headphones every 6-9 months I should keep them cheap, but not too cheap). I had thought that the JVCs were the only ones that would stay in my ears while I'm running, and that's why I stuck with them. But I thought I'd give the Panasonics a try, as they're only a teeny bit more expensive. Initially I was glad I made the switch, but I have now switched back to JVCs, and here's why. EAR FIT: The Panasonics seemed to fit much better and hang on the ears much better than the JVCs. However, after a while I noticed that the Panasonics started to fall out of my ears when I was running, and I realised that this is because of the way that wires feed into the earbuds. If you look at the picture, you'll see that the Panasonics (in white) are wired through the ear clip, whereas the JVC ones (in blue) are wired directly to the earbud. The important difference is that with the Panasonics if the wire moves when you run, the ear clip moves, and the earbud can fall out. With the JVCs, this doesn't happen. I ended up having to manually twist the earclip on the Panasonics to make them fit better around my ears. But the plastic of the earclip isn't designed to stay twisted, so I ended up having to twist it every time I went for a run, and often in the middle of a run. In the end, I got so fed up with this that I switched back to the JVCs. However, all ears are different, and everybody runs differently, so you might find that you have no problem with the Panasonics. SOUND: The Panasonics are noticeably louder than the JVCs, which is handy for listening to podcasts while walking down a busy road or on a train. However, the sound on the JVCs is smoother and more balanced, which is better for listening to music. If you're listening to podcasts more, then the Panasonics are probably better. Also important to note that the sound reproduction of headphones at this price can deteriorate over time, depending on how much you use them.

So far so good, for such a cheap set of earphones
I'm very happy with this product so far. I bought some Sennheiser Sport earphones in a local Maplins for £19.95 and although the sound quality is great on the Sennheiser's and have a superior sound output to this product (as expected), but I have difficult with the Sennheiser Sport earphones staying in my ears. So although I use double the volume control when these JVC's are plugged into my various devices and the texture of the sound quality is just satisfactory, in comparison to the Sennheiser's superior sound quality and volume, I am very happy that these do not pop out of my ears every 45 minutes or so, when out and about. They are very comfortable. I am yet to see how long the jack connection lasts, but I'm very satisfied with this product, considering the small amount I purchased them for. I will try to remember to update my review and post in here when the jack wears out. If they last more than 12mths, I will happily keep a permanent review score of 5/5. Thank you to everybody else who posted reviews before my own on here, as it was through reading your feedback that persuaded to buy what I currently consider to be a successful purchase. Best Wishes

Fit for purpose and good value.
Decent 'value' headphones, would recommend for anyone just wanting some run of the mill headphones that will stay put whilst exercising. They fit comfortably, the sliding adjustment of the ear clip is appreciated and makes for easy attachment to your ear. Just slide to maximum extension, put over your ear and then slide it back down, and hey presto its secure. They don't feel like they'd come off at all even with violently shaking my head around to see if they'll come loose. Even better that they're comfortable, i've had in ear 'secure' headphones in the past that are really rigid in order to keep them in place and they end up hurting your ears until you get used to them, but these I can hardly feel at all. Sound quality wise, not the best, they're maybe a bit too bass boost orientated, that especially when listening to rock music it can get a bit distorted. But I doubt any headphones around this price point would give you any better quality sound. In all, definitely will do the job for running headphones, if you're really picky about sound quality then you'll have to stretch your budget.

Avoid
These earphones are really poor. They don't function well as earphones in terms of sound quality, and they don't work well in terms of staying put during exercise. The clip attachment in the earphone is fairly useless, but the head of the earphones itself is a really hard plastic and positioned at an odd angle. There is some adjustment on the clip allowing it to move up or down, but evenso I was unable to find a comfortable position. Don't try running with these earphones in! They will not stay in place The sound quality is fairly poor, with very little bass and an almost tinny effect on them. The cable is flimsy and they don't seem like they'll last very long at all. I gave up with them too soon to confirm this as the sound was poor and the fit was horrendous.

Amazon perfetto come sempre.

Very comfortable and an amazing sound from these headphones!
My husband hasn't stopped raving about the sound from these headphones. He's a musician so very fussy about the quality of sound! Comfortable too, for running.
