I bake at 150c for short time - you will see when they have shrunk

How many sheets does it contain?

As it says in the description, "Each craft pack contains six blank sheets" :)

Can you use paint ir just pens ? Wanting to do my sons handprint

The packaging states drawing, tracing or stamping an image and then colouring it with pencils. There is no mention of using paint, which may not shrink in line with the plastic.

Once it shrinks does it go opaque white in colour?

IT does not go fully opaque, it goes a frosted white colour.
