Do they have ball ends?

What can I say? The set comprises 30 hexagonal items ranging in size from 0.7 mm up to 10 mm. No ball ends however whatever they are!

Would these survive heavy vehicle trade use?

They are as good as any from a proper engineering supplier. Certainly not weak rubbish. Good quality product but very cheap. I think good value, but that are just individual keys not snap on for instance.

Will these work for an electric guitar (Stratocaster specifically)?

It depends on the age and manufacturing location of the stratocaster. USA strats usually use imperial measurements, and so it is likely that one from the imperial part of this set will fit everything except the standard phillips head bolts (e.g. bolting the neck). The Fender website has service documents for standard production guitars, and so you can find the hex key measurements on there.

do these attach to the draper electric screwdriver or are they to be used by hand.
