Bought for my father as last few phones have met death in a number of ways mostly involving water.The phone box came with everything including a screwdriver to screw on battery cover.Only time will tell how it stands up to use.The instructions are in sheet form and may need a little explanation to someone who thinks information technology peaked with the post it note.

The earpiece speaker is much quieter than most phones, which is sometimes a problem. Also, it's NOT IP68 by any means. Water easily gets inside it, you can see water under the screen, and then it turns off. And I didn't even put it in 1 meter depth or anything -- it was a simple test submerged in about 20-30cm of water. Would be fun phone otherwise, but since it's obviously lying in the description I can only give it 2 stars.

A great phone, very rugged. Really easy to use with a very long battery life. Excellent value for money.

Nice phone,but a little to big for my liking,very easy to use,well made,battery life was good but not brillant ,and calling used it up pretty quick,display was clear,and easy to read,a bit heavy to carry in your pocket ,and a carry case would be advisable if available, brillant value for money,its up there with the best of the them ,would recommend,

I highly recommend this phone, its very easy to use, large buttons and messages, the best I have ever hadone minor fault, it doesnt show any sign when it is being chargedbuy with confidence
