I've been using nasal strips prior to trying these and they actually work well. Several sizes and styles in the kit, so pick one that works best.Thought they'd be far more uncomfortable and noticeable than they are. Very pleased far.

Thought I'd give these a try as my family says I snore (I don't believe them). There's a lot of different sizes and a mix of the solid tube and the web like ones so it was easy to find the ones that fit best. Can definitely breathe easier with them in however it didn't stop my snoring. They were comfortable too, so we're fine to sleep all night in.

I have tried several stop snoring products like throat sprays and strips over the nose and none had any effect, or very, very little effect. These arrived on time and as described with several shapes and sizes so when I found the ones that fitted best it meant I had 2 pairs I could use out of the whole pack so the others were wasted although most of us have friends who also snore so you could do what I did and give them away. After I first used them, I asked my partner if they worked and she said they reduced my snoring "A bit" but didn't make much of a difference. She did say however that out of all the products I had tried these were the best. The two pairs that fit well, open the airwaves from deep inside the base of my nose and are comfortable enough for me to forget about them straight away and discrete enough that you hardly see them when they are in. I have a partially collapsed nostril from an incident, being punched in the nose when I was younger and they feel like they really open up my nostrils nice and wide, far more than the strips without putting a strain on my nose and no risk of them coming off, allowing me to breathe much easier. I was surprised my partner said they didn't make more of a difference. I think I sleep better and I don't wake up with a sore throat as I sometimes get if I have been snoring loudly all night. I believe they reduce my snoring more than just "A bit" as they really do open my nostrils well and when I asked, my partner may have just been disappointed that there was still some snoring so see what other people say in their reviews before taking my partner's word for it! The fact my breathing feels so much better when wearing them makes me suspect they do work much more than "A bit" and now, if I ask her whether I should put them in before bed, the answer is always a firm "Yes" which speaks for itself. I think they are worth using just for the joy of clearer breathing either way as I feel the difference when I wake up, I feel well rested instead of feeling like I've spent a night tossing and turning in and out of sleep from waking myself up or being woken up by my partner due to snoring. Happy days! I do think that once you know the size you need it would be good if the manufacturer sold them separately so as not to waste the others so a star less for that but thats my only concern as without surgery it's not possible to completely eliminate snoring especially the volume I snore so for me the product has done it's job as much as is possible.

When I initially tried these, they seemed okay. When inserted, one of the pairs (they come in various sizes) really seemed to help me to breathe more easily through my nose. With great anticipation that night, I duly inserted them again at bedtime. They were not too uncomfortable and yes, I could definitely breathe more easily. When I woke next, at about 3:30 am, I noticed something was different. My breathing was amazingly unobstructed! And, the plugs were so comfortable, it was like I wasn't even wearing them! I then realised that was because they had fallen out and were now under my pillow. Ah, well. Back in they went. I next woke at 6:30am from an unpleasant dream with a slight headache. One nostril was completely blocked and the other was nearly as bad. Taking the plugs out again made no difference. They had caused my nasal membranes to swell & I was really struggling to breathe.I tried a shorter pair the following night. As they didn't insert so far into the nostrils, they didn't seem to irritate the lining of my nose so much. However, they also weren't then inserted far enough to open up my nasal passages, and so just slightly obstructed my breathing. I've given up on them now as a bad job, but judging by other some other reviews, they clearly work for some people.

After 20 years of wearing earplugs because of my partners incredible snoring, I've spent a full week ear-plug free! These have made such a difference to my sleep quality and he isn't struggling to breathe either. He says they're comfortable and easy to care for. I did buy a little pouch to keep them in so they remain clean after washing.

This is not a bad product, it may work well under certain conditions, the quality of the material was good enough for me to sleep the night with them. There are all possible shapes and sizes inside which is great as you can find the right fit, and perhaps someone else still use others.Most reviews are for snoring and I only tested it on myself and bought it for chronic rhinitis, my left nasal passage collapses at night, unfortunately the issue seems to be deeper than these devices can reach to and i did not get any benefit. I can see how air flow can greatly improve with issues closer to the nostril edge though.So I haven't tested them with snoring, but with nasal congestion or deviated septum I am sure they only work for very specific cases.

Very effective at opening the nose while sleeping. Improves quality and comfort of sleep.This item is very uncomfortable to use at first but I got used to it and the benefit far outweighs the discomfort.Easy to clean with soap and water. Have used for quite a long time now at it still works like new.Many sizes are included. I'd imagine most people would find a suitable size in this set.Very happy with this purchase.

L'anno scorso per la disperazione tra russare e svegliarmi di soprassalto (apnee) decisi di operarmi al setto nasale deviato (poco ma influente,all'interno)I primi tempi tutto bellissimo,naso libero e grandi dormitone..finchè non è tornato tutto come prima o quasi.Già da tempo volevo provare dei dilatatori ma otorino e altre persone mi hanno sempre detto che non servissero a nulla.BUGIA.Li ho provati ieri e a parte il senso fastidioso iniziale,per l'abitudine..dopo un'oretta è come non averli..tant'è che li uso in casa sia mentre lavoro al computer sia per dormire..per abitituarmici..e devo dire che a differenza di altre marche di cui leggevo la problematica del fatto che uscissero dal naso di notte,oggi mi sono svegliato tranquillamente e con i dilatatori infilati tranquillamente nel naso..Ce ne sono OTTO (ne ho girati tanti qui su amazon e sono gli unici che a questo prezzo offrono tutti questi dilatatori di varie forme e dimensioni) e sono tutti ben fatti,ci sono quelli piu' duri,quelli piu' morbidi,quelli piu' grandi e bla bla.Se avete problemi del sonno,come apnee o russamenti,credo dovreste provarli..sicuramente non possono guarire una cosa come l'apnea (che dipende da tante cose) ma di sicuro la riduce..e se posso permettermi,in abbinamento a un bite di quelli gommosi in silicone,credo sia l'abbinamento perfetto per risolvere il tutto.Ottimo acquisto,prezzo ottimo,spedizione puntualissima.Quando e se ne avrò bisogno,li ricomprerò ancora!

Well, my wife insisted to buy this one. And forced me to use this while sleeping. I thrower it out during the night. People said in the comments it is very comfortable etc, I can't agree with them. Also we didn't see any change on snoring. This might be working in certain circumstances. I am not sure but didn't work out for me.
