Laerdal Pocket Mask with Valve and Filter

Lost count of how many of these I've bought over the years; and that's not because they break - I have one in the defibrillator case, another in the first-aid box, another in the pocket of my diving BCD, one in trouser pocket, the list carries on...One tip for this type of mask is that with storage the cuff that fits to the patient face can deform because of the valve being stored in the recess of the flattened mask, thus making it far more difficult to seal. If this does happen, immerse the mask in warm water - it will soften the material and cause the air in the cuff to expand, restoring the shape.

Pleased that these arrived quickly. Great value for money. Product arrives in a case, mask accompanied with cord, cleaner and instructions. Some threading through needs to be done.

Had to replace my previous Laerdal pocket mask after being involved in an out of hospital resuscitation, bought the same one again as it was excellent in the circumstances. Everyone with training should keep one in the boot of their car, it literally could save a life.

Have used this make in work and found it excellent, was disappointed that it did not include an oxygen inlet and head tie as I thought this was standard.The way it was written in the description initially makes it look like it does it's not until you read further that is says it is an option.I didn't check inside them till today so am too late to return and change them. The masks are more expensive than most so was also surprised by this.

Received mask with strap to attach to face missing, so total waste of money!!!

Perfect, same standard as the mask we have in the resuscitation trolley in the hospital I work in.

There was no head strap included in all the mask boxes delivered. Not very helpful. In an emergency the mask would not be able to be attached to the casualty’s head.
