Quality
Very high quality, surprisingly not to difficult to unroll, nice stainless steel ends with an adapter, the heating cord tail&plug is just like high end extension cord. A product that you actually get what you pay for.

As advertised
So far it works. It heats up as expected. It's a better fit design than competitors. It appears to be built decent. It should say the temperature rating on the hose in my opinion but it doesn't. Came with information but not the temperature rating in the package/could have more information. Pricey though.

Multiple purchases, quality varies, exchange process didn't work even within the return window.
This is the second hose that I've purchased. The first one worked very well for several years. This one leaked from each end the moment it arrived. Each end has a foam wrapper about 8" long just before the metal connector. There is a shrink wrap plastic holding that foam wrapper in place. Both ends leaked from behind the foam wrapper within the first two days of use. I came back to the Amazon website and tried to return it for an exchange, but the process never worked. I kept getting a message that I couldn't exchange it, even thought it was well before the now long-expired return date. I actually like this company's products. I might even buy another one, but their quality control is not the best. Think about buying a competitive offering or at l worst not minding that you might spend $150 on something that leaks and an exchange process that just doesn't work. Of course, everything might turn out ok.

Confusion
Received the product and all looked great until I looked at the power cord. It had a huge splice I the middle of it. Requested a replacement and it had the same splice. Returned the replacement. The description should mention the splice and explain why it is there. My speculation is that it was manufactured with a short cord so they spliced on additional footage.

Works but pricey
This hose is used for our camper which sits in snow country. Temperatures can get below zero and this hose performs well. Super easy to connect. Decent quality. We have purchased this particular hose 3 times. Our second purchase was to replace the hose after 2 seasons. The third purchase was to replace the hose after chipmunks started chewing on it. I might shop around to see if there is a lower price since I need to replace it often.

This will keep your water from freezing
Update; So I wanted to leave my review up from before because well there are reasons you should read the instructions. I didn't leave my water dripping and that's why it didn't work. It's now even colder and long story short I it's amazing Is there something wrong with your morels? To sell a product that doesn't even come close to doing what you say it does. I live in my rv and this was supposed to be my shinning light. Hell no your product let me down it let my water freeze. There is nothing more I hope for you guys then to go under because this is my life you guys just messed with

Great Hose For Winter Camping
So far, no problems. The hose is in use with no issues, appears heavily made and heats as needed. I have read the other revues and installed a pressure reducer valve that keeps the water-pressure at below 40 pounds to keep the hose from being stressed by over-pressurization. I recommend this product, I will amend this revue if issues arise, but so far, its great.

Excellent product
Excellent heated hose for whatever you may need it for. We got this brand for our RV doing extended stays over winter on recommendation of a couple people. Having the switchable ends makes it more convenient to connect close to the power supply without running extension cords all over. Very rugged. They're not inexpensive but not cheap either. Compared to the cost of freezing up in your RV, it's not that bad.

Hose is great! Just be aware of connectors
This hose is good between the temperatures of 0 to -25 Celsius. Anything below that effects the connectors and that is warned in the instructions. Freezes at the connectors even with sleeves and insulation, just be aware some heat tracing may be required for those areas, otherwise the hose is fantastic from end to end.

Very expensive but worth every dollar
I use this hose to fill up my outdoor wood burning hot tub so far it's only been down to minus 16 Celsius so far works great just make sure you use the rubber pieces to go over your connections and make sure the thermostat end is outside in the elements so that reads the temperature properly

Froze up at -7°c waste of money
I bought this hose to try and save myself some time having to spend hours building one from scratch. I disassembled the hose to see what the problem was and noticed immediately that the heat trace starts about 6" from the end of the hose which is where the heat is needed the most. The other thing is that the heat trace only touches the hose in certain spots along the hose. I took all of these problems and built a hose that actually works. First I cut a piece of contractor hose to exact length, added my own brass fittings, wrapped the hose in foil HVAC tape so that the heat is dispersed around the house. I left heat trace coming out of each end so that the excess can be used around the connection as well. Then I wrapped the heat trace around the hose, not just along one side. I made sure to install electrical tape every 6" to make sure that the heat trace is touching everywhere. Then I wrapped the whole thing in outdoor gorilla tape. Then I bought 3/4" pipe insulation to wrap over top, then gorilla tape again over the pipe insulation. So far.....no problems at all and we had -25°c so far this year. Verdict, this hose is not sufficient for anything below 0°c. Don't waste your money. If you don't want to be without water, I don't suggest this hose
