Can you use this to make bubblegum ice cream ?

Would this be able to go in a white choc ganache?

Hello and thanks for choosing MONIN I don’t see why MONIN bubble gum syrup couldn’t be used in the white chocolate ganache. It would compliment your dessert with slightly pink color and delightful bubble gum flavour. I would recommend to slightly change chocolate and cream ratio allowing syrup to take a place. Simply follow your favourite recipe just replacing small part of the cream to a syrup. For example instead of using 100g of cream use 90g and add 10g of MONIN bubble gum syrup. Enjoy!

Does the product contain artificial sweeteners such as aspartame/acesulfame/sorbitol etc? How is the product sweetened? (I'm allergic to sweeteners)

Hello there! Some of these sweeteners are certainly included in a range of the Monin products - although we can't confirm if this particular product contains them, it is probable that this is prepared in an environment which does contain these ingredients.
