Absolutely Fabulous
This kit is just amazing - I can never get over the attention to detail that Lego put into their products. Every piece is perfect in size shape and quality, fitting to perfection and the end result always leaves me awestruck. They deserve their great reputation in the toy industry. This lovely house is so beautiful when made up, you won't want to dismantle it - and if you do, you will want to make it again and again because it's so fun to build. Love love love it!!

Lego 41314: Stephanie's House Set
I am not sure if this review will confirm that it is an Amazon verified purchase unless you view the review in the "see all customer reviews" area as Amazon has been changing the way that reviews are listed recently. It should show that it is a verified purchase as I have actually bought another one of these sets in addition to the one that I received for review as I was so impressed with the set.We are big fans of Lego and Lego Friends in my home and I'll be honest that I have been waiting very eagerly for this set to be released since it was announced last year as I also have Lego 3315 Olivia's House, Lego 41095 Emma's House, Lego 41135 Livi's Pop Star House and Lego 41037 Stephanie's Beach House so my children have been playing with this set and our other sets for the last few weeks very happily i.e. Lego bliss.The set comes with a Stephanie figure, Alicia (mum) figure and James (dad) figure along with mini bunny called Chili.The set has one large booklet with easy to follow instructions, five build bags, some base plates and it also comes with a sticker sheet.The house measures 25.5cm wide with the staircase folded in flat against the living room and 17.5cm deep. The house measures 38cm wide with the staircase fully extended so that it sticks out at the side of the house i.e.blocking the side door and 13cm deep. The house measures 22cm tall to the top of the apex above Stephanie's room.Other than the house the set has a separate rabbit hutch for Chili (3cm by 3cm by 3.5cm high) but the main bulk of the set is the house itself.The house is brilliantly designed but it is definitely designed for smaller fingers as I managed to knock a piece of the pie from the plate on the kitchen table and it fell down into the bay window area where my big adult fingers just could not get it but where my daughter was able to reach it after a little bit of moving it to a better position.The house has a kitchen, hall, living room, curved staircase, understairs area where the vacuum is stored, office, bathroom, Stephanie's bedroom, balcony and even a swinging porch seat out front. I love the bay window and new style decorated windows but my children's favourite area is the front porch swing and my daughter is obsessed with vacuuming the house with the vacuum.The set is a reasonably straightforward build but it did end up taking me around two hours to complete (a lot of time is taken on trying to get stickers on straight!). Once built it is sturdy but as with all Lego it still needs to be handled with a little bit of care.The one and only gripe that I have with the set is the pet baby bunny Chili who has already been lost somewhere in the house by my bunny mad young daughter. I have no idea what 'safe' place Chili has been put but a thorough search of the house has not located him. I'm slightly frustrated that Lego have not included a spare Chili figure (they included a spare mouse figure in my Heartlake Riding Club set that I bought and they are both around the same size) as the baby bunny is honestly so small it is pretty much a given that this piece will go missing. I have therefore had to order a replacement bunny (well I've ordered four) from the Lego site as it is highly likely this minuscule bunny will go missing again in the future and so I'd advise to get a few spares in if your child tends to lose smaller pieces.Other than this small gripe the set is absolutely fantastic and Lego have definitely improved on the older Olivia and Emma's house versions as this house even has a set of stairs to access the first floor and a hallway. If I was able to ask Lego for any further improvements on later house versions (I hope they will bring out Mia's and Andrea's house at some point in the future) then I would ask for a third room on each floor so that the parents of the Friends can have their own bedrooms and that the downstairs could have a separate dining or games room maybe as one of the first things my son asked me when we finished building Stephanie's house was where did the mum and dad sleep.The only annoying part of the set for me has been the disappearing baby bunny which is obviously not Lego's fault but I do feel that a spare bunny should have been included alongside the other small spares.In summary this is another wonderful Lego Friends set which we loved building and which my children absolutely love playing with. I have bought a lot of Lego Friends sets and houses over the last few years and this one certainly does not disappoint in comparison to those.

Awesome house.
Bought for my daughter.Great price for the set as the Lego Store here is currently selling it at £64.99 also it's a great large set, and has more details than previous Lego houses.It's one of the bigger houses that she has, and she has many Lego Friends houses. Her favourite part of the house are the cute new windows, that have patterns on them.Took a long while to put together, but that's part of the fun.

Great Lego house, my 7yo loves it
Who doesn’t love Lego! It’s entertained my 7yo for 2 days now and she still hasn’t finished it. I’ll dip in and help her of course but she is adament she can do it by herself. This is a great set and the detail is as you expect from Lego....amazing. The tiniest kitchen spatulas and serving spoons I’ve ever seen!Well equipped, hours of fun putting together and hours of enjoyment thereafter.

Great products, shame about the delivery packaging!
Lego is great stuff and builds beautifully. We all get that, which is why we spend so much on it for our beloved grandchildren. Kids love it as it is so versatile and suits all kinds of young tastes, from Ninjago to Friends, from City to Harry Potter. It's easy to assemble, although trickier for big fingers (my 4 year old granddaughter is better at it than me for sure!) So WHY does the packaging let you down when you order it? My order arrived yesterday. The corner of the box was slightly damaged and there is a big crease along the bottom of the front of the box. This was despatched in a big enough box with packing paper to stop it moving about - but it didn't work, and I suspect the box was looking creased before being packed. I paid the £56 happily as the price was reduced a bit but this is still an expensive item and the overall effect should not be spoilt by carelessness like this, particularly when you are intending to give as a present. Luckily my 4 year old darling will be so excited, she won't care about the box, being an avid fan and able to cope with assembly for 6 year olds - she is a clever little thing - but still my lengthy review explains why you only get 4 stars overall.

Great Lego friends product for all ages
Just the item my daughter longed for. As a lover of Lego friends and their displays in some stores she knew what she wanted for her birthday ahead of time. Amazon had this at a very good price and same quality as if bought elsewhere. The house itself comes with the usual lovely accessories and cute items.our daughter is five and has loved Lego friends for the past year at least

Loved by my granddaughter.....
A gift for my 7 year old granddaughter who loves it. She is working steadily through all the stages of construction. It takes a long time and a lot of patience but for a true Lego fan it is a great buy.

Looks beautiful my little girl will love it
The box is very big, I am not going to attempt to build it to set it up for Christmas morning.. I am going to do the smaller sets and leave this one in the box, this will need a team effort.Looks beautiful my little girl will love it.Lego is worth the money, the product is as described and the delivery was really fast.
