Works fine
This is very easy to use with the Torque app for Android. It won't give you all the extra info that dedicated software will, but it's a very cheap entry point to diagnostics. In my case it pointed to lean running and I was able to narrow it down to a split pipe.

DONT WASTE YA TIME AND MONEY
If I could give this product 0 star I would of. Does not work at all. Thought it was my car but won't connect to any... seller is just ignoring my messagesWhat more can I say..At least you have come back with ebay

Works well.
Plugged into a family members car (Vauxhall Mokka) and connected to my phone over Bluetooth without issue. I was able to read data back from the car just fine, used a few times and not had any dropouts or connection issues as yet. Seems to work very well!

Easy to use
Out of the bag it took about 10 mins to install. Used it several times now, and diagnosed 9/10 of faults.Would recommend it to most DIY mechanics.

Buggy but useable...
As with many of these Bluetooth error car readers, suffers from constant problems with signal drop, etc. However, it does work and is MUCH cheaper than the reliable wifi versions.

A bargain and a Blessing
I believed it this was just a gimmick. However, depending on what smart phone app you use, then it really does work. I've used this on BMW E46, Renualt Megan2, Fiat Punto and Vauxhall/Opel Zafira. Its been a great help and has diagnosed temp sensor, Coil packs, MAF sensor faults to name a few.Will buy again, when they have one that fits Peugeot/Citroens. As it currently fails to connect

Thought it didn’t work at first
Initially asked for a refund however once I got it to connect it had been extremely reliable and a great purchase. Combined with the torque app it is useful in providing live data on your vehicle. Also useful for fault finding.This product works with android as Apple require a WiFi connection. It may work with a compatible windows Bluetooth enabled product however I have not tested this.

Works with some apps not all. NOT dual PCB
I've got a Prius and wanted to turn off the reverse beeps. After doing a bit of research discovered I needed one of these devices conforming to certain protocols.Bought it, arrived very quick but wouldn't work with the app. Tried it on an Android device not iPhone!Turns out there are a lot of cheap 'imitation' devices which basically are more cheaply made then ones that share identical looks. If you do have a Prius, you'll need to make sure that the ODB II device is a dual layer PCB board. This device is single. Though it worked with one app, it refused to play ball with 'Dr Prius'. In the end I opted for a more expensive brand (£13.99) and noticed the dual PCB board through the plastic! Works properly, and can even turn off traction control, reset service lights etc...
