I have 2x6 and 2x4 boards that I want to hold together as well as I want to glue 2 6x2 together. Are those clamps good enough to do the job?

Yes, I think they do that easily, they are only small, but good quality and strong for their size.

how long are these clamps

7 1/4” with the rubber cups on the feet; 6 7/8” with the rubber cups removed.

any idea if this fits the worx work bench, the clamps you get with that are poor and need changing, they look the same?

Yes it will grip a piece of wood between the work top and clamp. But it won't work if you are trying to use the side grip method which the worx vlamps are designed for.
