Excellent book.
All the classic recipes in here, I am a Kitchenaid fiend, recipes for all the machines.

Disappointing
Big disappointment. Measures are all in cups, no UK equivalents, American ingredients e.g. All purpose flour, mostly savoury dishes not even using a food mixer. Sent back.
