Fantastic product! I bought this primarily to help with sinus problems but love the dual functionality. I used it for the first time today. It was very easy to put together. I really liked the additional feature where you can add in a few drops of your favourite oil in the both the nasal and facial attachment. I used Olbas oil and only needed a couple of drops on a piece of cotton wool. I placed the unit on a heat-proof mat as a precaution but noticed the base stayed cool throughout. I used the nasal attachment on level 1 for 2 minutes and found that really helped my blocked sinuses. I then used the facial steamer on level 1 for another 2 minutes which really left my skin glowing. I would highly recommend this product.

facial sauna ok but the nasal attachment does not go over your nose properly

Simple to assemble and use, does the job and not too expensive. I only have one very minor quibble in that the accessories need to be gripped when attaching before use and detaching after use, and they are smooth plastic - a little stippling would make them rougher and much easier to grip.
