They have a deep rich flavour, crisp crunch and sweet centre. They had to be kept in the fridge due to having a very thin shell, they were both fragile and easy to melt.Outer shell - deep, rich and dark chocolate that while thin is the perfect mix of ingredients. dusted with chocolate flakes they are a perfectly mothball in one for everyone.inner caramel - The only slightly disappointing part of the truffle was the interior sea salt caramel. While beautifully tasting and a subtle mix of flavours I did not get enough of the sea salt flavouring to fully enjoy them. Perhaps I had expected to much.Overall these would make a lovely gift for anyone that is a fan of finer chocolate.
