Simply said, they work. I was quite skeptical of the product, given the price. I bought these for my father in law in order to be able to have a conversation with him from time to time. Simply said, he put them on, he did not fuss, as he could simply hear people talking to him! He was very reluctant at first, however, he appear to like this product, and so did we. Finally, after several years, we were able to have a normal conversation.

Was looking for hearing aids and came across these at a reasonable price. Upon receiving the hearing aids they worked out of the box and have done everything we expected for a hearing aid to do. For the price of the hearing aids you could not beat these. I highly recommend if you have family or friends with hard of hearing.

They worked well, but they are a bit large. There are newer ones that are quite a bit smaller

These rather large, heavy hearing aids do work. However there is so much feedback squeals, they are very annoying to wear and use. I turn the volume down to stop the squeals, but at that level they don't do much for your hearing. The charger works ok and gets a full charge in an hour or so. I know the low price is tempting, but I would spend more and get better than this!

My 90 plus year old father who has dementia and severe hearing loss was fading away faster due to not being able to hear. We were also frustrated with trying to communicate with him yelling and losing or straining our voices. It was hard on everyone for years. We tried expensive in ear hearing aides. He could not handle their small size without breaking or losing them. These are perfect. We love how they hook over the ear. Tonight we cried happy tears, all of us. He can hear again!

My father uses hearing aids that were quite costly but didn't seem to be providing adequate hearing ability. I thought to try these hearing aid amplifiers and was amazed at how well they work! Absolutely worth the reasonable cost!!

background noise is awful. very short cord to plug in charger. overpriced for quality.

Are these the best hearing aids on the market? No. But for rechargable hearing aids at this price point they are comfortable, reliable, and amplify sound well enough. I wouldn't recommend them as a primary pair, but ERs and hospitals are notorious for losing hearing aids. Water damages hearing aids. When you don't want to risk your expensive set, have a pair of these on hand.
