Nice firm grip.
Very nice, easy to fit, but not quite the same shade as one I purchased from local bathroom supplier. The two are installed close together so I can see the difference but it does the job it's supposed to - well!

It's plastic...
Agree with Paul - thought it was chrome/metal, it's not it's plastic. £24 for an inch cubed of plastic. A costly error if it cracks.

Not as expected or described! What a nasty surprise to get a plastic holder for the price…

Flimsy, plastic rubbish
Terrible value for money. Supposed to be metal, turned out the only metal involved was in the screws that fixed it to the wall. Plastic nonsense.

Absolutely awful. Cheap nasty plastic. Text says “chrome” so you’re lulled into thinking a nice metal chrome fitment will arrive. I am so disappointed with this that I sent it straight back for a total refund having paid over £20 for this ridiculous insult. I can probably find something decent from other vendors at a fraction of this cost. Hansgrohe - you should be ashamed of yourselves. Having fitted the complete bathroom out here with Hansgrohe fittings of quality to then have this cheap and nasty insult turn up .... no way! It’s probably worth £5 or even less. I guess even the Pound shop would have something better on offer. In summary - immensely disappointed.

Description measurements were not clear so of no use. It's too small and cheap plastic. Description also implied I could just adhere to tiles - I'm not going to insert new drill holes into my tiles for a plastic trinket ('in Chrome" means coloured chrome obviously) worth about 80c. Binned.

Support douchette de remplacement GROHE parfait. 👌 Correspond super bien aux 2 trous d'origine avec écartement réglable de 25 à 30 mn donc pas besoin de repercer dans la faïence de la salle de bain. Merci 🙏
