Is it made from real silk or manmade?

This says it made from a 100% silk then lists the materials for the item as 76% neoprene, 12% nylon, 12% spandex. Sounds like false advertising to me.

Is the strap adjustable?

Yes fully adjustable by means of little slider. Wasn't immediately obvious and thought it was too tight and unwearable. Then the penny dropped so obviously I'm not the sharpest tool in the box.

What db do the earplugs block?

Mask is great, but the earplugs are very cheap and don't really block much noise, so you'll need some better ones.

I washed mine and it was fine, just low wash 30o
