Like others I saw a number of negative reviews for this however ploughed on regardless and thank god I did. This was to be a gift and it arrived well packaged. Upon unrolling it was in excellent condition and is of good quality and thickness. Having read the reviews we decided to mount this directly onto a frame back with a small amount of PVA glue to give it some structure to help with the scratch off. Apart from one minor hiccup, which was our fault as we attempted to scape before the glue had fully dried, all the boxes have come off well with a penny. Obviously if you are ham fisted and press to hard, like with an average scratch card, you risk compromising the detail underneath but thankfully we have common sense so this has not been a problem. All in all I think this is a great gift, just take some time to consider how you want to display it before you jump in for the scratching.

Really like poster but when trying to remove the silver with a coin we were removing parts of the paper background as well. We were planning on framing poster once all movies had been watched. We won’t be doing that now. 😡

Overall, I'm happy with the scratch poster. It's introduced me to a whole number of films I would previously never have watched.It's a decent enough size to not dominate a wall if you want to frame it, and looks nice too.However, I've got a couple of problems which will probably prevent the poster from staying on my wall. The force of scratching and revealing the art behind each window seems to leave a lasting mark on the image underneath, clearly showing where the coin (or whatever you have used) has rubbed away the foil. I've even tried to rub away the foil as gently as possible, but this doesn't seem to make a difference.Secondly, the poster came slightly damaged, despite the good packaging. The poster has a crease running all the way through it from top to bottom, which isn't going to look all that great framed, and I don't seem to be the only one mentioning this in the reviews.However, for the price, I really can't complain all that much. It's a great poster, and for me, it's main purpose is to point me in the direction of films I would ordinarily give a miss, which it's doing. A super great Christmas present for sure!

I bought this as a gift for my 29 year old niece and had to buy a second one for myself! I love watching movies but tend to stay to the genres I like so probably don't have as wide a knowledge or appreciation as I would like. This was the perfect answer.The poster comes in a triangle box, a bit like an extra large toblerone box, and the poster itself looks very professional. My plan is to watch all 100 movies throughout 2019; I've scratched some off so far and have had no issues with scratching the picture off. The colours of the pictures behind are quite vibrant and I think will look quite eye catching when the whole poster is revealed.I can highly recommend this and I'm going to get myself the book poster to do next year!

The quality of the poster is good! It’s a great size and it looks great on the wall. I bought this for a friend who needed to improve his film knowledge! It’s certainly done the job intended

I got this for Christmas a few years ago and have really enjoyed finding new films. There's plenty of variety included in the list from classics like Casablanca to recent releases like Moonlight. There's also a diverse range of genres featured from comedies like Office Space to horrors like The Shining, there really is something for everyone!This poster has given me hours of entertainment and helped me branch out and try new films I might not have seen otherwise. I couldn't recommend it highly enough for anyone who's not sure what movies to watch or just wants to try something different.

i like to watch films with my mum, and sometimes we have no clue what to watch. we bought this poster to play a game of getting a random number (1-100) and then we find the corresponding film on the poster, watch it and scratch it off. it’s really fun :) only thing i’d say is that the poster does have sections that are technically multiple films, like one box is labelled ‘lord of the rings triology’ and there’s a star wars one that is also for 3 film. so technically this is a 106 best movies poster haha

I thought this was a great novelty gift. I purchased for my hard-to-buy-for husband who is quite the movie buff. He has already seen about half, but seemed to find a good deal of satisfaction in being able to immediately scratch some off. He is now up for the challenge to see those that still remain.The list of movies is obviously quite subjective. I think it covers a lot of the common "must see" ones, but there also seem to be some more obscure ones on it. I will note that some blocks cover more than 1 movie (like Star Wars - multiple movies go into one scratch-off block). I think this is OK, but it does mean that there are over 100 movies referenced by the poster.The poster material is very heavy-duty cardstock. It is so thick, in fact, that regular Scotch tape did not work for us in holding it up. It definitely does not feel cheap!The movies, starting at the top and going left to right:1. Franchement rien à dire, le poster est très beau et pour ma part il est arrivé bien emballé et en bon état. La seule remarque que je peux faire est que les noms des films sont écrit en anglais contrairement à ce que j'ai pû voir d'écrit dans les autres commentaires. Sinon je trouve les minimalist poster très jolis et pour le prix il serait bête de ne pas en profiter si vous êtes fan de cinéma !

Manchmal etwas schwierig beim Abkratzen, aber ansonsten eine super Idee für Filmfans.
