The instructions are rubbish , but when you install this it is great quality and fits any space as you can adjust the width easy to open and close and because you secure it directly to the frame with screws it’s much safer than others that I have tried

Can't recommend this product enough. It came with easy to follow instructions and all the necessary parts (I know, but most don't!). It's doing a great job of containing my 2 naughty dogs and stopping them from looting the bedrooms! Would definitely recommend this product. It's good quality, quite like the black colour too, it blends in well when the gate is pinned back.

Bought this gate as we have narrow stairs. Works on bottom of the stairs but doesn’t quite line up properly at the top of the stairs if we wanted to buy a second, to no fault of the product. Definitely needs two people to install it ensure it’s lined up correctly as we were missing the paper template from our package.We bought to stop our dog going upstairs. Seems sturdy and no issues down the line but can’t comment on if this is suitable for young children.Easy to open, looks nicer than the white plastic looking ones.

Came without a vital piece without which it can't be used. Doesn't seem to be a way of just getting the missing piece (l) without returning whole thing but I'd ordered next day delivery as it was urgent.

The gate itself is smart and does the job, however to get to that point needed some out of the box thinking when the template didn’t help, the screws didn’t fit and the animated instructions in the app was good but you have to watch it a number of times and to be honest I got on better when I put it together without instructions

What a great and attractive product and really well made cannot fault it in any way. Purchased two of these as we have a very wide patio window to the front of our property with blinds and curtains and we have a puppy dog. The two have fitted together and as they are adjustable they fit our window perfectly hence no damage from new puppy. They blend in so nicely with your decor they look as if they belong there highly highly recommend this product loads of uses and adaptable. Love them.Customer Tref

i bought this expecially as the standard baby gates were a little too narrow for my door frame but this has loads of expansion. Very easy to install. They include a strip of paper with a diagram of the fittings in place so you know where to mark the wall and dont have to measure (which is helpful!).Also easy to open (for a human) most of my friends figured it out without being shown, there's always one though! The gate looks very smart and is going nowhere even as my puppy grows and throws himself around. I would recommend
