A life saver, always. Gets rid of headaches, and gives me a peaceful night sleep, every night. Warning: TOO MUCH can give diarrhea, if you are not used to healing, healthy magnesium, so start slow with a half a Tbsp., then increase as your gut can handle it. Taking before bed. Not sure i feel anymore relaxed before I sleep. My husband also takes it and it gives him a bad stomach so perhaps it's just not for us

I had not realised I had ordered the orange flavour . We have never tried this one before, but sadly it’s exceedingly sweet and chemical orange flavour. So we have two tubs of it, which can’t be sent back.
