It’s made specifically for shampoo bowls… there is no way it would attach to a regular sink. There are some options though, search shampoo rest for kitchen sink

Dose it move around when it becomes wet?

This one does move, but so far has been the best one I've found in 19 years. I just dry it underneath after every client
