It's looks okay but we can't realy use it as the item needed to sent back.

Very snug and fits perfectly, loved how thick product was for water tightness also does not slip!

I like the product but it always pops off the sink! Fine though when client is getting shampooed so don’t mind too much that I need to keep putting back in place

I cannot rate the comfort level cos I haven't used it myself... But it does the job... Lost the original and the plastic rim was too hard for comfort.. this one is a bit over sized but still creates padding between neck and rim... So cannot complain

Def a firmer type neck support to lay on. Def fells better on neck to have this neck rest than to be without however if you’re looking for something very soft and not so firm I would suggest a different type. But so far my clients have been comfortable with this one !

It’s a verry hard plastic and it slips off when the bowl gets wet. I would not waste money on this. Also you cannot return it once you purchase it!! Not cool. 🤨🤨 I definitely prefer the kind with suction cups to hold it on.
