I cannot purchase sponges inside wally world or other stores due to the horrendously overwhelming fragrances that permeate all the products in the cleaning and laundry aisles. A friend who also has Multiple Chemical Sensitivity turned me on the these and I cannot be happier! I finally can get sponges again for dishwashing that don't make me and my family sick! They do break apart more quickly, I feel, than some other sponges but personally I look at that as a reminder that it's time to get a new sponge anyway as I change out my sponges monthly and that is about how long they last. PS I don't have a dishwasher so we hand wash everything as a family of 2.

All my life I have always gotten blue or yellow sponges and as I’ve gotten older, my kitchens have gotten nicer, but I always have these ugly looking sponges. I’m so happy I found these natural looking sponges that work well. My kitchen now looks complete.

These do the trick, but they don't last quite as long as some of the similar name-brand eco-friendly sponges I've used. They start to disintegrate a bit faster than others, but in bulk and at this price, that might still be worth it. We toss them in our compost when we are done.

Love these. I cut them in half so they last longer. I also put them in the utensil area of my dishwasher to sanitize often. Someone else reviewed that they fell apart, but I have used each one for about a month before replacing them. They never fell apart for me.I also love that they can be put in the compost or buried in your yard. I just put mine under my bushes and ivy when Im done :)

These just arrived but they already seem better than the ones I get from the grocery store. I love that there are more than 3 to a pack because we go through them like water. I bought 2 packs and I’m all set for a while.

I've never written a bad review but I don't want anyone else to waste their money. Photo compares a new sponge to a 3-dat-old sponge. 😮 This is from basic dishwashing after 3 days. No, I'm not slicing it on knives or scrubbing cast iron. Just plates, forks, glasses and wiping down the sink. Chunks just fall out all over while I use them. Never seen anything like it. It's kind of a wonder, honestly. Last year I bought same thing from same seller and they were fine. Well, the scrubby side did begin to shred after a couple weeks, but the sponges lasted several weeks and I really liked them. Not sure what happened. My recommendation is to open them up and begin using one the day they arrive. That way you won't be stuck with them after the return window.

This is the first time I have ordered these sponges from Amazon. I had used a similar kind from another seller with far higher prices. The scrubbing power is good. The scrubbing (brown) part of the sponge holds its shape when dried after use - but the white part of the sponge shrivels up. It doesn't affect the use of the product. It just doesn't look good. The nice thing is that these do not get that moldy smell after several uses as the traditional scrubbing sponges do. The images are the product cut in half to allow us to get more use out of them.
