This lighter worked for about two weeks and then nothing, tried to get a replacement but that was not an option and trying to deal with the manufacturer was no help. I am a faithful Amazon customer but this purchase has been the worst experience to date.Yeah since I had wrote how I felt , when I was wrong I had to continue the story. Since the charge last so long and does such a good job. Silly me forgot to charge it up. When I did all is well. Great Lighter.

I love this dual arc lighter (electric arc that ignites butane) with an LED flashlight and beautiful metal casing. I sprayed plastidip on the case to give me a better grip on it since it is so smooth and slides out of my hand which can cause it to break inside which happened to me last one that I had for over a year and this lighter does not have a fuel viewing window which is OK because I've had one that leaked. I am very satisfied with this lighter and highly recommend it.

I returned this the day I received it. It would not work on the butane setting and the controls were a little tricky to figure out. It was heavier than my cell phone and I couldn’t light anything without noticing how heavy it was.

Not a great lighter unfortunately. It looks really cool and elegant, but it does not work well at all. It doesn't matter how much butane I put in it, it wouldn't work. Hopefully they can fix this problem in the future.

It was just simply too weak.

I smoke the cigarette sized cigars and anyone who smokes cigars at all knows they have to be relit several times before u finish one. I am also a farm girl so I light a lot of bush piles and things. Needless to say I more than likely overuse lighers and Bics just don't cut it! They are hard on thumbs too! Not this lighter. Only thing they could do to make it better is a window to see the fluid amount. Other than that it is perfect. TY

Pros: Nice lighter, the construction and ease of use is good. Good jet flame and battery life is pretty good and I like the little flashlight. Cons: The electrodes power up by a touch switch. If your finger brushes the switch the electrodes activate. If you don’t realize they are on, it’s easy to get burnt, like I did. There should be a pressure type of switch so you know when it’s on. I was not paying attention and tried to flip open the top with my thumb, it brushed the touch switch as the top was opening, the electrodes powered up and my thumb brushed them, it didn’t feel very good. One more thing, look up or watch a video on refueling technique. You can’t just push the butane container on the refill stem, it has to be completely empty, no psi. After I learned, the lighter worked great, along with my other refillable lighters.

The media could not be loaded. This lighter is amazing, the torch lights your cigarettes easily and the windless flame Will light your cigarette outside even if the wind is blowing, the flashlight is really bright and you can see how much lighter fluid is in it through the back panel, this is the only lighter I will buy from now on
