Senner ® MusicPro Soft | Ear Protection for Concerts, Music, Disco, Festivals - Extra Soft Earplugs, Blue/Transparent - with Aluminum Case

I got these mainly for using in the office to try and drown out chatter when I have to focus on getting work done! I also have used them on the train as some of the on train announcments are very loud. As the description also said they can be used for long periods of time and in bed I tried them overnight. I found them very comfortable to wear, you don't even notice they are in. When in bed I was sleeping on my side and there was no discomfort, however, it did start to feel a bit uncomfortable after about 8hrs. When they are in the ear they don't stick out and you can hardly see them. I've used other plugs that are harder and would end up being quite uncomfortable to wear for any extended period of time, unlike the Senner soft plugs. They are easy to put in and take out. There is a small grip attached to assist in taking them out but I found you don't always need to use it. If you position the plug with the grip at the top it is easier to get a hold of. They fit well in my ear and the seal seems to improve once they warm up. The small container they come in is handy as you can attach them to a keyring so that they are always available, particularly handy when using public transport! The 18dB protection is good for most noise I'm exposed to, the plugs lower the noise and you can still hear conversations, announcements etc. to a certain extent. So to summarise, they are a great product, they lower noise to a safe level and are very comfortable to wear.

I was sceptical at first having received these from a gig buddy as a present after I'd complained of ringing ears after seeing bands recently. I had previously used foam ear pads which apart from looking ridiculous only appear to block certain frequencies leaving the sound you hear as distorted and missing the full audio range. But the Senner MusicPro Soft ear plugs were amazing the first time I used them. Until you've used foam pads and then these it's hard to explain the difference. It was like listening to a loud home stereo but not at excessive levels. All the frequencies and nuances of live music came through perfectly. Towards the end of the gig (Alter Bridge at the O2, if you must know) I removed the plugs for a moment and was stunned by how loud the gig actually was. The reduced volume I was hearing certainly did not affect the enjoyment of the live music experience. The hours after the gig and the next day were ear ringing free! In terms of comfort and getting them in the ears, all good, no issues at all. You do need to take a few moments to get them seated correctly with a good seal around the edges but it's no hassle given that if fitted well they could help save your hearing. As a bonus they are very discreet and barely visible and the high quality carry case is very cool. Will definitely be using these at every gig from now on.

I purchased a pair of Senner Music Pro, (and a pair of Senner Strong Pro) ear plugs to use at work. My job as a diesel mechanic exposes me to loud noise for 50% of my working day. I purchased to two different strength ear plugs so that I can use the strong protection when working close to running engines and the lighter protection to protect against the loud ambient noise. We are provided with foam ear plugs an quality ear defenders at work. The ear plugs were shipped and arrived very quickly. I tried the two pairs at home and they both are easy to fit and seem to isolate a lot of noise. First impressions, once fitted into my ears the Senner Music Pro ear plugs are OK to remove again, the small removal tab is easy enough to get a hold of to pull the ear plugs out again. Using the ear plugs at work, they are great. They cut out a lot of the loud ambient sounds but let an amount of sound through to enable conversation. They are light weight and more comfortable to use than foam types that expand out after fitting. They would also be OK to use around a running engine, however I also have the Senner Strong Pro for that purpose. Ideal for what I require. I would suggest an option of a lanyard to connect the two ear plugs together, easier to remove and avoid loosing one of the pair

Edited - I have now purchased a second pair. The first pair are so comfortable that I picked up another pair to carry in my purse for when my tinnitus bothers me when I am out of the house. (Sometimes the music played in the shops causes pain and these are wonderful for those times. The case is small, light and strong and easy to tuck away for fast access when needed. Highly recommend. I use this for one ear in the office as I have tinnitus and the music played in the office environment is painful. These are comfortable (I have small ear canals) in a way that foam pads are not, causing no pain from internal pressure. They do allow sound to come through and I can easily and clearly hear conversations around me but they must the music enough to make me more comfortable. Highly recommend and I will be purchasing a second pair soon.

I ordered a set of these for when I play darts to drown out the music. When to use them all I have for the money paid is the tin.

I’m being quite harsh here, but this product is specifically advertised for musicians and for listening to music. They’re great for blocking out noise, whilst still being able to hear speech in a noisy environment. The problem is the music sounds like you’re listening through the wall from next door. They do alter the sound profile quite a lot, enough that it does affect your enjoyment of the performance. They are however very comfortable to wear so if you’re not too fussy about the sound they are far better than other similar products I’ve used.

I previously bought some Etymotics but bought these as the Etymotics have that huge plastic rod sticking out of the middle which looks (and feels) a bit odd. They also block out more sound than these and I wanted lighter protection to lose as little audio quality as possible. I’ve used these now at both a gig (Alabama 3 if you’re interested) and to rehearse with a four piece rock band in a small studio. Did a good job in both cases - taking the edge off the loudness while not muffling the quality too much - and I could hear conversations easily as well. You could still tell the decibel level was quite high at the gig, so I felt I could enjoy dthe sensation of a loud gig without worrying about ear damage. They fit very discreetly so I now feel I am protecting my 53 year old ears without looking a bit weird and without making a fuss. The only thing that did occur to me was that taking them in and out at a gig is a bit risky - they’re so small that if you dropped them they’d be gone. I guess the answer is not to take them out, or just take care if you want to check what you’re hearing/not hearing. The metal case is quality too, though I actually put these in my old Etymotics case for the gig as I didn’t want a little bomb-shaped metal thing in my pocket. They insert very easily (helps if you moisten them very slightly) and the little rubber tab is just the right size to pull them out. I would say I have smallish ears though so they may not fit every ear so well. Some may want more protection - in some ways the gig still ‘felt’ quite loud. But these are very clearly branded as on the light end of protection, so on the whole I would happily give these 5*.

Llegaron antes de lo previsto, genial. Llegó en un sobre de cartón bien protegido. Dentro del sobre había como un bote llavero donde contenían los tapones. Me ha encantado eso de poder llevar a todos lados los tapones con el llavero que viene incluido. El bote llavero es de aluminio, muy resistente y duradero, muy fácil sacar los tapones desenroscando la tapa, muy práctico. Yo lquería utilizar los tapones para ir por la ciudad cuando voy en bici porque en Palma de Mallorca el tráfico se ha puesto horrible en verano. Con los tapones no oigo casi nada de tráfico, solo oigo un rumor muy sutil, lo suficiente por si alguien me pita o similar. Tambien los he utilizado en conciertos y bastante bestias de volumen jaja y es una gozada, oyes bien los conciertos sin que te duelan los oidos. Lo más curioso es que en los conciertos puedes hablar perfectamente y entenderte con alguien, de hecho se distinguen más las palabras, parece como si filtrara y quitará los sonidos ruidosos y fuertes y dejará más protagonismo las voces que no son ruidosas, se puede hablar perfectamente. También lo ultilizo cuando vamos los compis a una terraza muy transitada, se escuchan mucho mejor las conversaciones y eliminas ruidos. Para ponertelos y quitartelos es un abrir y cerrar de ojos, tiene como una pequeña pestaña para quitartelos y para ponertelos aprietas un poco y ya notas que la silicona se amolda y ajusta perfectamente a tu conducto auditivo. La comodidad es excelente, casi te olvidas de ellos, son comodísimos, se pueden llevar horas, estan hechos de una silicona transparente muy blanda pero muy resistente, un 10 en comodidad!!! Ha sido la mejor compra que he hecho nunca, eso de poder ir con bici y no oír el estruendo del tráfico es maravilloso, como estar en silencio en el campo pero... escuchas si te pitan, yo creo que baja los decibeles un 90% o un 95%, es perfecto. Si lo quieres para conciertos, dj etc... es una pasada. Como os he hablado yo lo utilizo cada día para ir en bici y ya no se ir sin ellos, me acostumbrado a no oír el estruendo de los coches, es genial. Vale el precio que se pide, no defrauda y no va acabar en un cajón. Un 10!!!

Diese Rezension bezieht sich auf die Senner MusicPro "Soft" Ohrstöpsel! Die Ohrstöpsel werden mit einer kleinen Anleitung in einem Aluminium Gehäuse geliefert. Das Gehäuse ist sehr klein, aber die beiden Ohrstöpsel passen perfekt hinein und machen das Gehäuse somit super zum mitnehmen. (Passt in jede Hosentasche). Die beiden Ohrstöpsel sind klein und passen super in mein Ohr hinein. Bei großen Gehörgängen empfehle ich allerdings die Senner MusicPro, denn die "Soft" sind wirklich klein und zart. Einmal im Ohr fühlen sich die Senner MusicPro "Soft" wirklich toll an. Man spürt gar nicht wirklich, dass etwas tief im Gehörgang steckt. Zumindest in meinem Ohr sitzen sie bombenfest. Ich muss maximal alle 20-30 Minuten einmal auf die Stöpsel drücken. Getestet habe ich die Stöspel mittlerweile recht ausgiebig. Und zwar in diesen Anwendungsfällen: Musik/Club: Im Club, wo teilweise ca. 100 db herrschen, sind die Senner MusicPro "Soft" sehr angenehm. Die Ohrstöpsel behalten die Qualität der Musik bei, verringert aber die Lautstärke enorm. Vor allem in den hohen Tonbereichen und bei Einsatz der Nebelmaschinen, die unglaublich laut sind, dämpfen die Ohrstöpsel sehr gut. Schlafen: Im Urlaub war es sehr heiß und deshalb mussten wir in der Nacht die Fenster offen lassen. Draußen war es sehr laut, also habe ich mir die Ohrstöpsel einfach eingesteckt und habe super geschlafen. Die Hintergrundgeräusche werden gedämpft, und es fühlt sich alles leise an. Wichtig beim schlafen ist auch der Tragekomfort und der ist beim "Soft" Modell wirklich super. Ich bin ein Bauchschläfer und drücke mein Ohr somit beim schlafen entweder gegen das Kopfkissen oder gegen meinen Arm. In beiden Fällen spürt man die Ohrstöpsel nur ganz leicht und es ist keinesfalls unangenehm. In der früh waren die Senner MusicPro "Soft" immer noch im Ohr (saßen immer noch perfekt) und nachdem ich sie rausgenommen habe, spürte ich keinen Schmerz oder unangenehme Gefühle. Autofahren: Selbst beim Autofahren sind die Ohrstöpsel wirklich hilfreich. Bei der Fahrt in den Urlaub regnete es sehr stark und es war wirklich laut im Auto. Auch hier dämpfen die Ohrstöpsel und machen die Autofahrt somit angenehmer. Ich konnte mich so auch viel besser mit meiner Familie unterhalten, weil die ganzen "Störgeräusche" gedämpft wurden. Alles in allem sind die Ohrstöpsel ihr Geld vollkommen wert. Für Leute mit großen Gehörgängen empfehle ich die Senner MusicPro, für alle anderen die "Soft", weil sie einen tollen Tragekomfort haben. Ich werde die Rezension weiterhin auf dem laufenden halten und über weitere Anwendungsfälle Berichte schreiben.

La silicona es muy buena y suave. Encajan bien y permiten escuchar los intercomunicadores. Me parece un buen producto por un precio razonable.

Kupiłem te stopery przed koncertem, i zadziałały jak należy. Normalnie zbyt głośny dla mnie koncert był komfortowy do słuchania, a sam dźwięk nie miał nienaturalnie wytłumionego basu/środka/sopranów. Jedyna wada to to że stopery ciężko się wyciąga z dołączonej małej puszki przez tarcie powierzchni stoperów z puszką, ale tak to zadziałały dobrze i jak należy.
