strong, well made, easy to use and do what they're supposed to
got these to put some wire trellis up ... do exactly what they're supposed to! screw into wood easily and securely and tension the wire. To help tighten them into the wood it helps to put a bar/screwdriver through the eye so you can get some more force on the turn

Rough around the edges but do the job
The casting on these turnbuckles aren't great (the finish is very rough) but they work well and are great value for money. Hopefully they last well

Cheap and cheerful
For general outdoor use they are fine and robust. Several that I bought were slightly warped from their hot dip galvanizing but they all worked fine though so I am pleased. If in your case they will be seen from up close then you may prefer finer finished products (for a fair bit more money) available elsewhere on Amazon

Light weight, but good for tensioning garden wire.

Cheap but rough
These are cheap and strong, and will certainly outlast the wires and roses they support, but the diecast quality is poor with a lot of sharp flashing which needs to be filed down for safety.

Threads sticky and feel cheap but for pack size they are cheap
