The product itself is great and it's very clear the company puts the customer first. My initial order arrived and it was faulty. The actual spray solution was great but the nozzle didn't stay on. However, there was very quick communication between myself and the company and they sent me an upgrade the very next day!

Very helpful nose spray. Most of sea water base sprays did not work with me but this one does. It works fairly quick and is safe to use. Can recommend.

Used this many times with no issues and it really does work for me. It is not a cure and is something that you have to keep up even if you just use it as and when. I always have some of this about for my allergies and plane old stuffy nose. If you are looking for something more natural that does work, it’s worth I try.

The product is great, used for first time today and already can feel its healing benefits. I got this small size to carry in my pocket but the top doesn’t stay on. Ita disappointing because this issue has been going on since 2024 from the dates on reviews I read. Would’ve been good if the company came up with a solution to keep the top fixed to the bottle.

Most reviews say the same thing - the top doesn't fit onto it. It made it very difficult to spray up my nose when I was too focussed on stopping the top from coming off. The liquid ended up leaking down the bottle. After I tried for two weeks to push the top on properly, with no success. Why does the manufacturer package it with a loose top? The contents are supposed to be sterile, but that's due to the design of the top, and if it comes off like it does, it must render it no longer sterile, surely? But after asking for a refund,(not fit for purpose) I tried once more to try and push the top on. First attempt, it shot across the room. Second attempt, I pushed down really really hard, and hey presto, it finally clicked into place. But, it was too late. I wouldn't have used it as I didn't think it was sterile anymore. What a waste, having to throw a good product away. I like the concept of this spray with propolis, but why sell it like this? The only reason I can see is that it is the only way it fits into the box. It isn't, as one reviewer said, to be able to wash the top after use, as most nasal sprays have this type of spray top, and they come firmly fixed on.
